Viasat Internet Availability by Address
Check the exact street address where you want Viasat installed. A coverage map or a nearby customer's service does not establish which plans, prices or installation options are available at your property.
What to provide when checking your address
Use your complete street address, including any unit number, city, state and ZIP code. For a rural property, explain where the home is located if the mailing address differs from the installation location. Confirm that the quote is for residential service at that address rather than a different property or business product.

Coverage and installation are different checks
Satellite coverage reaches areas where wired internet may be limited, but an installer must still find a suitable dish location with an unobstructed view toward the assigned satellite. Trees, buildings and the property's layout can affect that assessment. Ask about mounting requirements and any additional installation work before agreeing to an order.

Compare the complete offer
Viasat's residential lineup includes Essentials, Unleashed and Unleashed Max. Ask which options are offered at your address and compare the promotional price, price after the promotion, equipment charges, installation costs, taxes, minimum service term and data-management policy. For orders through RSINC, our download commitment is at least 80 Mbps. Uploads can reach 3–5 Mbps, but that range is not a guaranteed minimum. RSINC usually sees downloads around 180 Mbps on Unleashed; that is our experience, and actual results vary.
The RSINC download commitment should not be confused with an upload guarantee. Confirm the terms attached to your order and consider upload-heavy activities such as cloud backups and video calls when choosing a connection.
Check other connections at the same property
If cable, fiber, fixed wireless or another satellite service is available, compare its address-specific offer too. Consider total cost, data policy, latency and installation timing alongside download speed. Satellite internet can be useful where wired choices are limited, but the best option depends on the household and location.

- Confirm the exact service address and the plan in writing.
- Ask whether the quoted price changes after a promotion.
- Confirm equipment and installation charges.
- Review cancellation and equipment-return obligations.
- Arrange installation before canceling an existing connection if uninterrupted service matters.
