Kinetic Rewards is a new loyalty program for Kinetic home internet customers. Kinetic launched it on October 7, 2026, and it lives inside the Go Kinetic app, so there's no extra app or login. Members get discounts at restaurants, stores and attractions, travel deals, live-event credits and prize drawings. Here's who qualifies, how to get started in the app and what the fine print says, based on Kinetic's announcement and its program terms.
Who can join Kinetic Rewards
- Residential Kinetic internet customers whose account is active and in good standing.
- The primary account holder only. Authorized users can't sign in on their own, but household members can use some rewards through the account holder, such as a hotel booking or movie tickets.
- Adults in the U.S. You must be at least 18 and a legal U.S. resident.
- Not business accounts. Kinetic's terms say small business and commercial customers can't join right now.
Neither Kinetic's announcement nor its program terms mention a membership fee. Kinetic's business-internet customers can compare their own options in our Kinetic Business Internet guide.
How to get started in 3 steps
- Open the Go Kinetic app and sign in with the account you already use to pay your bill. If you don't have the app yet, download it from your phone's app store.
- Tap the Rewards icon in the top right corner and follow the short onboarding screens, which include accepting the program terms. There's no separate signup form or website.
- Choose your interests (dining, shopping, wellness, travel, entertainment or live events) and your alert settings. You start at the Member tier and can browse offers right away.
Menu names inside the app may differ slightly from these steps. If you can't find the program, update the app first.

What you get: Kinetic Rewards at a glance
| Benefit | What Kinetic says | Fine print worth knowing |
|---|---|---|
| Everyday savings | Dining, shopping, wellness and activity offers from more than 55,000 merchants. Featured brands for all members include Qdoba, AMC Theatres, Costco, 1-800-Flowers.com, Harry & David, Walt Disney World and Universal Orlando Resort. | Offers usually can't be stacked with other coupons, some need a minimum purchase, and each offer shows its own expiration date. |
| Travel | Deals across 700+ airlines, cruises and car rentals, plus an average savings of more than 15% on hotel and resort bookings. Kinetic also lists travel credits for hotels and cruises. | Kinetic's program terms say travel credits expire after 12 months unless a different period is disclosed when issued, while its support FAQ says travel credits do not expire. Check the date and specific terms in your rewards wallet before booking; confirm with Kinetic if they differ. You need a credit card to book, and taxes, resort fees and upgrades aren't covered. |
| Live events | A monthly credit toward 40,000+ live events, according to Kinetic's Welcome Center page. | Some event credits require buying a minimum number of tickets, and ticket fees are extra. |
| Games and sweepstakes | Weekly spin-to-win chances and quarterly sweepstakes for VIP experiences. | Spins and entries depend on your tier and completed missions. Unused spins don't roll over. |
| Kinetic perks | Kinetic product discounts and chances to win service upgrades. | Details are shown in the app and can change. |

How the Member, Plus and Premier tiers work
Everyone starts at Member. To move up to Plus and then Premier, you complete "missions." Kinetic's terms say missions come from four groups (Services, Customize, Connect and Manage) and are picked based on products, services and settings you don't already have or use.
Two rules are easy to miss:
- Old habits don't count. Products or settings you had before you joined, or before a mission appeared, don't move you up a tier on their own. You need a new qualifying action.
- Premier has upkeep. Once you reach Premier, the products and habits that got you there become what you need to keep doing to stay there.
Our read: because missions are built around things you don't already use, expect some to point you toward Kinetic add-ons or app features. You don't have to complete any mission to use the offers Kinetic says are open to all members.
Kinetic Rewards vs. Kinetic's other reward programs
Kinetic now has three programs with "reward" in the name, and they work differently:
| Kinetic program | Who it's for | How you get it | Key condition |
|---|---|---|---|
| Kinetic Rewards (new) | Current residential internet customers | Open the Go Kinetic app and tap Rewards (no separate signup) | Account active and in good standing; primary account holder only |
| Kinetic Reward Prepaid Mastercard | New customers who signed up under a card offer | Emailed after you qualify | Service active at least 90 days and first bill paid in full; one card per household |
| Refer & Earn | Customers who refer friends | Register in the Go Kinetic portal and share your link | Both accounts in good standing; residential referrals only count for residential accounts |
From Kinetic's program pages for Kinetic Rewards, the Reward Prepaid Mastercard and Refer & Earn, checked October 7, 2026.
What happens if you cancel Kinetic
Your rewards are tied to your internet service. Kinetic's terms say customers who disconnect lose access to rewards, credits and tier status, and any unused benefits are forfeited. Coming back to Kinetic later doesn't restore what you lost. If you're planning a move or a switch, use any travel or event credits first.
Is Kinetic Rewards worth it?
If you already have Kinetic, yes, it's worth two minutes to open the Rewards tab. Even a single dining or movie deal is extra value on a bill you're already paying. Just don't pick an internet provider for the perks. Price, speed and fiber availability at your address matter much more.
