Verizon Holiday Internet Deals: Credits and Reward Choices
By RSINC editorial team | Updated

Verizon's November 5, 2026 holiday announcement offers new customers on select Fios, Frontier or 5G Home internet plans two months on us, plus a choice of a Samsung 43-inch television and soundbar bundle or $200 toward retail gift cards. The announced gift-card amount is $200, not $250. The reward is a choice between alternatives, not a promise of both.
Read the terms for the exact product
The broad announcement covers several internet products. Eligibility, redemption and billing details must be checked for the product and plan you actually order. A Fios or Frontier customer should not assume that every 5G Home condition applies unchanged to a fiber order.
For 5G Home, Verizon's current terms require eligible new service, payment of the first monthly bill and redemption within 30 days of activation or installation. The promotional service credit arrives within two to three billing cycles after qualification, covers the qualifying monthly internet rate after discounts, and excludes equipment or optional services. Standard monthly charges apply after the credit period.
The reward has its own conditions
The current 5G Home offer lists the Samsung bundle or $200 Reward Link with Home Plus or Home Ultimate. It requires service in good standing for 14 days, redemption and participating-merchant terms, and is subject to supply and change. Cancellation within 12 months can trigger a chargeback of the reward's full value. The service-credit terms also warn of a possible chargeback within 12 months. Review both sets of conditions before ordering.
Compare the complete cost
Ask for the monthly rate at your address, any required mobile bundle or Auto Pay arrangement, the first bill, the expected credit timing and the ongoing bill after credits. Save the offer and redemption instructions shown with your order. Do not treat a promotional credit as permission to skip a bill.
A television or gift card should be one part of the comparison. Include the cost of leaving your current provider, equipment returns, installation and the service you need after the introductory benefit ends. If an offer does not appear on your selected plan, resolve that difference before submitting the order.
Check availability before planning a switch
Fiber and fixed-wireless eligibility can differ at the same address. A ZIP-code search helps screen options, but only an exact-address check can confirm which technology, plan and offer are available. For wireless service, signal, equipment placement and plan eligibility also matter.
