SmartLess Mobile customers move to Noble Mobile on October 28, 2026. SmartLess says existing plans, prices, phone numbers and coverage continue, with no replacement SIM required. Watch for the welcome email explaining how to sign in to the Noble website and app.

If you are comparing a mobile plan with home internet, start with our internet and mobile bundle guide and mobile bundle checklist. The account transition itself does not require buying a new home internet service.

What changes today

Account management and support move to Noble. SmartLess says the billing date and payment method stay the same, while the statement descriptor changes to Noble Mobile. Existing plan data also becomes usable in Mexico and Canada at no extra charge from October 28. Check the welcome notice for your account and any applicable roaming terms before travelling.

The voicemail cutoff matters

SmartLess told customers to save messages they wanted to keep before October 28 because existing voicemail would not transfer. That date has arrived. If you have not saved an important message, contact Noble support promptly to ask what remains accessible; do not assume an old voicemail will appear in the new account or can be recovered.

Check the transition without paying twice

  1. Open the provider website or app directly if an email seems suspicious.
  2. Use the welcome instructions to establish the new login.
  3. Test an ordinary call and mobile data connection.
  4. Compare the next statement with your previous plan price.
  5. Ask support about any unexpected charge before purchasing a second plan.

Changing plans is optional

The migration notice says customers can review other Noble plans after signing in. Compare the complete cost, actual data use and coverage before changing anything. An acquisition announcement alone is not a reason to give up a plan that fits your needs.

This SmartLess migration notice does not establish an account-change date for Helium Mobile customers. Follow notices sent for your own service rather than applying another brand’s instructions to your account.
