Harmonic’s Broadband Business Beyond Comcast and Spectrum

Harmonic’s November 2, 2026 earnings release reports third-quarter revenue of $148.8 million, up 64% from a year earlier. The broadband supplier says its Rest-of-Market revenue more than doubled and reached 46% of the quarter’s total. That is a supplier-business result, not an announcement that a new internet service is available at your home.

The customer mix is broadening

The company identifies its largest two customers separately from Rest-of-Market in its revenue presentation. Its release says Rest-of-Market bookings represented more than 60% of total Q3 bookings. Revenue and bookings are different measures; the percentages should not be used interchangeably or shifted to the previous quarter.

This guide does not assign an analyst’s estimated percentage to a named operator or invent the identities of other large customers. A supplier’s customer concentration is useful industry context, but it is not a household service comparison.

Software and fiber-network products

Harmonic says its cOS solution was commercially deployed with 167 customers, serving 52.6 million customer-premises devices. That device count is not a count of newly connected homes or a map of addresses receiving a particular speed.

The release also describes Recon, developed with Comcast for fiber reliability, and an acquisition of a vendor-independent fiber-management and provisioning platform. Product introductions describe tools operators can use; they do not establish that every customer network already runs every feature.

Guidance is a forecast

Harmonic raised its full-year 2026 revenue outlook to $545 million–$555 million. Guidance is management’s forecast, rather than a completed full-year result or a promise about consumer internet bills.

The release covers an unaudited quarter ended October 2, 2026. Keep those dates attached to the figures when comparing them with another period. This article does not infer a household price reduction, construction timetable or performance improvement from the company’s sales growth.

What matters when choosing service

For a home connection, first establish which provider and access technology can serve the exact address. Compare the actual plan’s monthly charges, equipment, installation and contract terms. A provider’s use of a particular network supplier does not settle those questions.

Our Xfinity and Spectrum provider guides cover separate retail-service questions. The fiber address-check guide explains how to investigate local options. ZIP screening is a starting point; verify availability and the final offer at the service address.
